Front Gallery
This is a large gallery space with double doors opening out to a courtyard.
The lighting is a mixture of Phillips LED wall washers and LED spots.
There is a flexible hanging system for displaying 2D art works on the wall, plus a selection of various sized plinths for displaying additional 2D works or 3D items.
The gallery has four hotpoints in the floor and two heatpumps. A security camera is mounted on the wall for 24 hour surveillance.
The wall colour is Resene Alabaster (painted in Resene SpaceCote Low Sheen).
There is access to an eftpos terminal for sales.
Back Gallery
This gallery is smaller than the front gallery. As well as being accessible from the front gallery, it has a door to the back entrance giving it easy access to the Saturday market. It can be used together with the front gallery to accommodate larger exhibitions or used on its own for smaller exhibitions or for conducting workshops.
Lighting is provided by daylight balanced fluorescent tubes and it has daylight coming from sky lights in the ceiling.
